PTFE adhesive tape is structured by PTFE coated glass cloth applied with pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive on one side, main features of PTFE teflon adhesive tape is excellent release surface, high-temperature resistance up to 260°C( 500°F) and strong adhesion under high heat.
The PTFE coating we use is imported from Japan which provides a quick release, abrasion-resistant and smooth surface. The basic material is woven fiberglass fabric which makes the tape tear-resistant. Pressure-sensitive adhesive is imported from the USA which has relatively lower initial adhesion but higher adhesion under high heat, the adhesive will not residual on the machine when peeling off.
