Sodium Metabisulfite food grade is used in food industry as preservative, bleaching, leavening agent, antioxidant, and color protector.

Antiseptic agent: used for fruit juice, preserves, and canned food, can extend its shelf life and effectively sterilize it.

Bleaching agent: used for flour in the production of pastries and other foods for bleaching.

Leavening agent: the product can make the structure of bread and biscuits become loose, and the taste becomes relatively crispy.
