Terroirs: C?te Chalonnaise, coming from villages of Moroges and Mercurey.
Grape: 100% Pinot Noir

10 months of ageing, 40 % in traditional pièces bourguignonnes, 25% of new oak (3 new barrels). Rest of the wine is aged in a large foudre. Bottling July 2020.

Tasting notes: Typical nose of Pinot Noir, with a great balance between red fruit flavors and vegetal notes of black-berry bush and laurel. Red Bourgogne is geared towards being enjoyed in its youth with a couple of years of bottle ageing.

And take over the insane destiny of her novel character, whose everlasting love leads her to madness. But was she really foolish or is she rather the embodiment of man folly ?
