In order to adapt the need of embroidery industry, our company has developed a new high-tech product, namely water-soluble film, which is quickly dissolved in cold water. The film is dissolu-ble within 20 seconds at a normal tempera-ture and can be completely dissolved over the next 2 minutes. There would be no remnants of the film or any harmful substan-ces left on the embroidered cloth after-wards. It is a great choice for embroidering. Nowadays, They also introduced this new technic into Europe and North Ametica. The traditional boiling-water-soluble paper-liners are nor-mally dissolvable at a temperature higher than 70 degree and the generated products would easily get creases after boiling, some may even fade. The process is time-consuming, besides the product is inaes-thetic.
