The Hong Kong Kam Kee Food Products Trading Company Ltd., known as the Kam Kee Trading Company, was established in December 1981. Two food product factories were established in Fujian, China. An additional two subsidiary companies were established overseas, employing 260 staff. Advanced facilities were introduced from Japan, Germany, and laboratories were established for experiments, research and testing of healthy vegetarian food products (frozen & vegetarian snacks) using modern management techniques. The products are exported to the USA, Canada, UK, Denmark, Australia and South-East Asian countries.
