The Company K.T.S. ELPOM S.A. come into being by fusion of two separate companies: K.T.S. S.A. and ELPOM S.A. founded by Piotr and Pawel Skerczynski brothers.
The company ELPOM, with the legal seat in Bia?a Podlaska, Sidorska street 117, was founded in 1991. At the beginning of its activity was specialized in automatics of heating systems, basing on regulators produced by the Company.
The company K.T.S., with the legal seat in Nadarzyn, Pruszkowska street 24, was founded in 1997. At the beginning, the activity of the company was based on full service of installation and trading companies in range of complementation of equipment and technical consulting regarding heating branch, air-conditioning, ventilation as well as guarantee- and after guarantee services. Gradually the company K.T.S. undertakes realization of construction investments, on the basis of tenders, as well as personal negotiations with investors, often related to assistance in gaining favorable financial forms.
