In 2006, as to meet the Anti-Dumping Duty of European Union of plastic bags, we established a branch (Hoi Hung Co., Ltd.) in Vietnam where does not have the anti-dumping duty of European Union and USA. At the same time, we get a privilege in mainland China successfully, which means the Anti-Dumping tariff of European Union was reduced to 8.4%.

We both have product lines in mainland China and Vietnam, they can manufacture all kind of plastic bags and delivery the products abroad.
